We do not provide instructions to adjust the bracelet on a watch, we typically recommend that we, a watch specialist, or professional jeweller perform the adjustment to avoid any inadvertent or accidental damage.
Citizen watches can be sent to our Service Centre in Wokingham for the technicians to resize the bracelet. If you submit your repair within your warranty period, please ensure to include the filled our guarantee booklet, your original receipt or a bank statement. For out-of-warranty work, a no-commitment estimate detailing such costs will be sent to you prior to proceeding with the work.

When sending your watch, please pack securely, do not send the presentation box as all packaging is disposed of once the watch is received. We recommend an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Complete a repair form and ensure to include your contact details, return address and a detailed description. If possible, please also include the case-back number which can be found on the back of your watch.
Address your parcel and send via insured carrier to: Service Centre, POX BOX 161, Wokingham, Berkshire RG41 2FS.
Alternatively, you may visit an authorised retailer and they will gladly provide this service for you.
