Important Conditions
Watches must be in original, saleable condition
Only authorised alterations (via Citizen’s Service Centre or an authorised retailer) are eligible for full refund
If the watch was re-sized, all removed links must be returned
Complimentary gifts must be returned with the watch; failure to do so may result in a charge
All returns are assessed. Damage may result in a partial refund

Third-party purchases: If bought from another retailer, contact them directly
As per the Consumer Rights Act, refunds can be withheld until goods are received, and may be reduced if the product shows use beyond what’s necessary for inspection.
