We have a dedicated portal to manage all incoming repair/ service requests, manage estimates, make payments and track your watch repairs.
You can book your watch in for a repair and arrange its return via our service website www.citizenwatchservice.co.uk.
You will be required to create a service account if you haven't already. Please follow along the prompts depending on the service required.
When sending your watch, please pack securely, do not send the presentation box as all packaging is disposed of once the watch is received. We recommend an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.
On receipt, your watch will be booked onto our system in the condition in which it is received. You can track the status of the repair via the Service Portal.
