Citizen watches can be sent to our Service Centre in Wokingham for our technicians to resize the bracelet. If you submit a request within your warranty period, please ensure to include the store-completed guarantee booklet, your original receipt or a bank statement. For out-of-warranty work, a no-commitment estimate detailing such costs will be sent to you prior to proceeding with the work.

When sending your watch, please pack securely, do not send the presentation box as all packaging is disposed of once the watch is received. We recommend an insured carrier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery

Complete a repair form and ensure to include your contact details, return address and a detailed description. If possible, please also include the case-back number which can be found on the back of your watch.
