Refund Information
We want your refund process to be as smooth as possible. Here’s what to expect depending on your payment method:
Credit Card – Refunds will go back to the original card used. It may take up to 5 days for the amount to show in your account.
Klarna – Refunds are processed within 1–5 working days. If your Klarna card is linked to your bank account, the funds will return there, but please allow up to 14 days for them to clear.
American Express (Amex) – Refunds will return to the original card used and may take up to 14 days to appear.
PayPal - Should show instantly in your account once the funds have been processed.
Refunds will always be issued to the purchaser in the same payment method used for the original purchase.
