When pairing your CZ Smart watch (Touchscreen or Hybrid) and if you are experiencing an issue with the application finding your device.
1) please wait 3-5 minutes for it to recognize your watch, sometimes it takes a bit longer

If the issue persists:
Uninstall the YouQ app from the phone and restart your phone. After powering on your phone, please re-install YouQ then start the pairing process again.
