Alterations made through our Service Centre or any authorised retailer are eligible for a refund. If your watch was resized before purchase, please return all links.
All returns are assessed before a refund is issued. Watches showing damage may only qualify for a partial refund.
You can return your purchase free of charge through our online portal, which allows you to track your return. Please reuse the original postage box, ensuring the packaging protects your watch.
Complete the return form and include it in the box. If reusing the delivery bag, cover the original label.
