Please allow 3–7 business days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Once it has been delivered, there may be a short processing period before it is officially checked in.
Once inspected and checked back in by our Warehouse Team, your refund will be automatically processed back to the original form of payment within 10 business days. If it has been longer than 10 business days since your return was delivered to us and you have not been refunded, please contact us.
