If your DPD tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you can’t locate it. The first step is to check your surroundings including any safe places where the parcel may have been left. Check with neighbours or anyone else in your household, as the parcel may have been left with them or delivered to a nearby address by mistake.
If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact us and provide your order number so that we can open a claim investigation with DPD.
Once the claim has been submitted, the investigation process usually takes up to 6 working days. We’ll keep you updated throughout and notify you as soon as we receive any findings.
