Returning your watch is FREE. Please re-use the postage box the watch arrived in, ensuring the re-packaging is adequate to protect the watch.
Once you have completed your online returns form, you will be emailed a prepaid returns label to attach to you order. Please ensure this is secure on the box and easily visible for the courier.
If any items are missing from the return package (including any gifts with purchase), a partial refund may be applied.
Please be advised on the rare circumstance if high volumes of returns have been processed. This may result in applying a fee to future refunds.
