Returns
Returning your watch is free. Please reuse the original postage box and ensure the packaging protects the watch.
After completing the online returns form, you will receive a prepaid returns label by email. Attach this securely to the box, making sure it is clearly visible for the courier.
If any items are missing from your return (including gifts with purchase), a partial refund may be issued. In rare cases of high return volumes, a fee may be applied to future refunds.
