Returns
You can return your purchase quickly and easily through our online returns portal, where you’ll also be able to track the progress of your return.
Returning your watch is free of charge. Please re-use the original postage box if possible, making sure it’s securely packaged to protect your watch.
Don’t forget to complete the returns form, letting us know the reason for your return, and place it inside the box with your watch.
If your order included a complimentary gift, this must also be returned. If it isn’t, an additional charge may apply.
If you’re using the same delivery bag, please cover or remove the original delivery label.
