Why does my watch keep disconnecting even though I'm in Bluetooth range of my phone?
- Confirm the phone is on, that it is not in airplane mode and there there is data or Wi-Fi connection
- Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
- Be sure that the app is open and shows the device as Connected (and if it says Disconnected, reconnect the device to the app)
- For iPhone users, be sure the Citizen Connected app is running in the background
- Make sure the phone and watch have at least 70% charge and that the watch is up-to-date and the phone is running the most recent operating system
