How do I unpair my Gen1 Touchscreen Smartwatch from my phone?

Open the Wear OS by Google app and scroll down to Advanced Settings.
Tap the Forget Watch button at the bottom of the screen to disconnect and reset your device.
Remove the smartwatch from your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
