I'm having trouble installing updates or getting an error when updating my watch. What should I do?

Do not turn off your phone or close the dedicated App”CITIZEN CONNECTED” while the update is in progress.

Please make sure your phone's Bluetooth is ON, Wifi/Cellular data is ON, your watch is close to phone and your watch is connected to your phone.
