The watch face on my hybrid Gen1 is blank but the watch is connected?

1. Press the crown to go to the watch Menu
2. Press the lower right pusher to select the Settings option
3. Press the crown to enter the Settings menu
4. Press the upper right pusher to scroll till you land on the "Dial Info" icon
5. Press and release the crown if the Dial says "Off" to turn "On"
6. Press and hold the Crown to return to the main screen.
