My watch is too bright at night and notifications are waking me up. How can I track sleep without worrying about my watch interrupting it?

Just like your phone, your watch has a Do Not Disturb Mode. Simply swipe down to access the Quick Settings, and enable either Do Not Disturb or Theater Mode for a quieter watch at night. See more
